this game mixes different genres.

lore:

As the middle age came to an end, humans were about to win the war against monsters, pathing the way for future generations to live in safety.

However, a vampire sent his adopted son, a morphling, into war against the human race as his last resort, in hopes to save monsters from humans.

The story takes place on the 13th birthday of the morphling, which is when he is sent onto his journey to free all monsters against all odds.
